This notice explains the information you provide when contacting Clive Wilson Switchboards Limited, 33 Clyde Street, Invercargill 9810, New Zealand, through this website or the email addresses shown on it.
Project and service enquiries
When you contact us, you provide your contact details and the information included in your message, drawings or other attachments. We use this information to respond, understand the work you need, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting project or service. The relevant CWS staff handle your enquiry.
Providing information is voluntary. Fields marked required are needed to send the online form. If you prefer, email estimating@clivewilson.co.nz or call 03 214 4264. Without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or provide a useful quotation. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
Career enquiries and applications
Send career enquiries and CVs to admin@clivewilson.co.nz. Your contact details, CV and covering note are provided to CWS for the team handling recruitment to discuss your suitability, availability and next steps. Please avoid sending identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information with an initial enquiry.
Ask the team whether a role is currently available and how your application will be handled, including any proposed retention for future opportunities. You can use the same email address to ask about an application or request its removal.
Website services and storage
The website uses Contact Form 7 for enquiries and Flamingo for website message storage. Enquiries may therefore be held in website records as well as email and subsequent business records. Hosting, email, website-support and security service providers may process information as part of operating these services.
The site includes Google analytics/tag services, Meta Pixel, Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, Google fonts and embedded third-party content. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and page interactions, and may use cookies or process information outside New Zealand. Their handling is also described in their own privacy notices: Google, Meta and Cloudflare. Browser privacy and cookie settings can limit some tracking; blocking services can affect website features.
Access, correction and privacy questions
You can ask to access or correct personal information CWS holds about you. For a privacy question, retention enquiry, removal request or concern, email admin@clivewilson.co.nz with the subject “Privacy enquiry”, call 03 214 4264, or write to the address above. Include enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry or application. We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information.
