Typical lead time is 8 to 16 weeks from engineering sign-off to factory acceptance test, depending on size and platform. Distribution boards on Schneider Prisma Plus G run 8 to 12 weeks. Mid-size MSBs and motor control centres on Simotrol run 10 to 16 weeks. Larger MSBs on Logstrup at 4,000A and above run 16 to 20 weeks. Custom Quantum work runs 14 to 22 weeks.

For a tight quote we need: single-line diagram showing the incoming feeder and outgoing feeders, schedule of loads with motor sizes and starter types, fault level calculation from the lines company, form of segregation specification, enclosure rating (IP and IK), and platform preference if any. If you do not have all of those yet, send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.

AS/NZS 61439.1:2016 and AS/NZS 61439.2:2016 are the mandatory NZ standards. Plus AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules, ISO 9001:2015 quality management certified annually since 1995, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Every board ships with the full compliance documentation pack: type-test certificates, project-specific short-circuit calculations, Form-of-segregation verification photos, and routine verification certificates.
